Had a baby mouse in my house at almost midnight, I couldn’t catch or trap it. Looked up the number for 24 hour service and Jon answered the phone. Told me his price which was high but I had him come out to the house after midnight. He found the litter critter and caught it. I have been an ORKIN customer for years and never got this kind of service from them. I will surely be switching over to Bug-Masters as their service is much better and it doesn’t take me 24 hours for someone to respond to me.<\/p>\n

My issue was a huge unknown spider that met me face to face at 830pm. Called a few places only to get answering machines. Came across Bug Master’s number expecting the same thing. Only Jon answered! Told me not to worry he would be here first thing in the morning to check things out for me. He was here first thing, he was knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. He didn’t even let my, not so easy to get along with 4yr old, throw he for a loop. After going over everything in detail I signed up for annual termite and pest control. We are so happy to have found bug-masters. When coach roaches were found in my apartment, it was very important for me to have my place treated ASAP.
